Under large umbrella leaves and among the twigs and soft glow of laternbells, the Puddlefolk join together in a rainy garden with cups of steaming tea in tiny claws and whiskers wiggling joyfully to plucky strings. Cottonbard and those of Thimblelight create a soft melody of laughter and song.

Done! A little Cottonbard taking in the garden and the sea with large clouds building in the distance. I’m thinking when I finish a piece, I’ll throw in Procreate or Clipstudio and give it a digital finish. I’m rusty with Clip and I’m a toddler with Pro so…you know…it will be an experience at least. \(^^)/

Here’s a little update! I’m working on my phone photography skills, ( ´Д`)=3 , but anyway! I’m really happy with how it’s coming along, and I added some green spring washi tape to the edges for a fun border. Something I’ll do with all my pictures. Now, to work on bark swirls! Teehee! 🌻🎃
I purchased a sketchbook. I wanted a way to still connect and share creatively even when I can’t share what’s cooking in the kitchen.
( ´∀` )b
I also needed a medium that I wouldn’t fret with for hours and get super fixated on trying to make things perfect the way I’m inclined to behave with digital things. Will see if that lasts- hahahaaaaa…
These drawings will become my Cotton Bard series. Telling small stories through small sketches. ❤
